  • 1 cup (240 ml) of heavy cream
  • 1 can (14 oz) of diced tomatoes with green chilies
  • 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • Chopped green onions and parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add sausage slices and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.
  2. Add minced garlic and sliced bell peppers; sauté for 2 minutes.
