- 2 cups cooked pasta (penne or fusilli)
- 2 chicken breasts, diced
- 4 oz Boursin cheese
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add diced chicken and season with salt and pepper. Cook until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Reduce heat to low, add Boursin cheese and heavy cream, stirring until smooth and combined.
- Return cooked chicken to the skillet, toss well, and cook for another 2-3 minutes until heated through.
- Add cooked pasta to the skillet, tossing to coat evenly with the sauce. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

- Use fresh Boursin cheese for the best flavor.
- Adjust seasoning with additional herbs or spices as desired.
