- 1 cup orzo pasta

Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add diced onion and cook until translucent.
- Add ground beef and cook until browned. Drain excess fat if needed.
- Stir in garlic and cook for 1 minute.
- Add diced tomatoes, beef broth, salt, and pepper. Bring to a boil.
- Stir in orzo pasta, reduce heat, cover, and simmer until pasta is cooked and liquid is absorbed, about 12 minutes.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and grated Parmesan before serving.
