- 1 package (16 oz) of cinnamon rolls with icing
- 6 large eggs
- 1 cup milk (dairy or plant-based)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- Optional toppings: powdered sugar, maple syrup, whipped cream
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking dish. Cut each cinnamon roll into quarters and arrange evenly in the dish.
- In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, vanilla, and cinnamon until well combined.
- Pour the egg mixture over the cinnamon roll pieces, ensuring even coating. Let soak for 10 minutes.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, until golden brown and set. Let cool slightly before adding icing or toppings.
Notes
- You can substitute almond or oat milk for dairy milk for a dairy-free version.
- If using homemade cinnamon roll dough, prepare and cut into bites before baking.
- Laslty, leftovers can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days or frozen for longer storage. Reheat in microwave or oven before serving.
