Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Mix shredded cheese, cream cheese, salt, pepper, and paprika in a bowl until well combined.
- Form the mixture into 1-inch balls, then flatten slightly to create a thumbprint shape on the baking sheet.
- Use your thumb or a small spoon to make an indentation in each biscuit.
- Fill each indentation with a small spoonful of hot pepper jelly.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden and crispy.
Notes
- For a milder flavor, reduce the amount of hot pepper jelly.
