Instructions
- Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Add cooked chicken, season with salt, pepper, and Italian herbs. Stir well to coat the chicken with the garlic and oil.
- In a bowl, combine the cooked chicken with shredded cheese and optional cream cheese or cheddar. Mix thoroughly.
- Warm tortillas slightly to make them pliable. Spoon the cheesy garlic chicken mixture onto each tortilla’s center.
- Fold in the sides and roll tightly to form a wrap. Lightly brush the outside with olive oil or spray with cooking spray.
- Cook the wraps in a skillet over medium heat for 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown and cheese is melted. Alternatively, bake at 375°F (190°C) for about 10 minutes.
