- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 4 large flour tortillas or wraps
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon paprika

- 1 cup fresh lettuce or spinach
- ½ cup diced tomatoes (optional)
- ¼ cup chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Rub the chicken breasts with olive oil, then season with salt, pepper, paprika, and dried oregano. Grill the chicken for about 6-8 minutes on each side until fully cooked and juices run clear. Allow the chicken to rest for 5 minutes before slicing it into strips.
- Meanwhile, in a small bowl, mix minced garlic with a tablespoon of olive oil. Set aside. Shred the mozzarella cheese and prepare any additional toppings you’d like inside your wraps.
- Lay a tortilla flat on a clean surface. Spread a little garlic olive oil on the surface for added flavor. Place a handful of lettuce or spinach in the center, followed by sliced grilled chicken, diced tomatoes, and a generous sprinkle of mozzarella cheese. Drizzle a bit of the garlic oil over the ingredients for enhanced garlic flavor.
- Fold the sides of the tortilla inward, then roll tightly from the bottom up to enclose all the fillings. Repeat with the remaining tortillas and fillings.
- For a crispy texture, you can place the assembled wraps on a preheated skillet or grill pan and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown and cheese is melted. Alternatively, warm the wraps in a 350°F (175°C) oven for 10 minutes.
