- 4 large flour tortillas or wraps
- Optional: chopped fresh parsley or cilantro for garnish
Instructions
- Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook for about 1 minute until fragrant. Add shredded chicken, season with salt, pepper, and oregano, and cook for 2-3 minutes until heated through and aromatic.
- Lay each tortilla flat on a plate. Divide the chicken mixture evenly among the tortillas. Sprinkle each with shredded mozzarella and Parmesan cheese. Add optional garnishes like chopped parsley if desired.
- Roll each tortilla tightly, folding in the sides to form a secure wrap. Use toothpicks if needed to keep them closed during cooking.
- In a skillet, heat a bit of oil or butter over medium heat. Place the wraps seam side down and cook for 2-3 minutes until golden brown. Turn and cook the other side until crispy and cheese melts.
Notes
- For extra flavor, include sliced bell peppers, jalapeños, or hot sauce inside the wraps.
- Use whole wheat tortillas for a healthier option.
- To make ahead, assemble the wraps and store them in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. Reheat in the microwave or oven before serving.
