Instructions
- Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, paprika, and oregano. Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook the chicken until golden brown and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes per side. Let rest, then slice into thin strips.
- In the same skillet, sauté the minced garlic until fragrant, about 30 seconds. Return the sliced chicken to the skillet, toss to coat with garlic, and cook for another minute. Sprinkle half of the shredded cheese over the chicken to melt slightly.
- Lay out the tortillas. Distribute the garlic chicken evenly among them, then sprinkle with remaining shredded cheese. Add optional toppings if desired. Roll the tortillas tightly, folding in the sides to secure the filling.
- Warm a skillet or grill pan over medium heat. Place the wraps seam-side down and cook until golden brown and cheese is melted, about 2-3 minutes per side. Serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley or cilantro.
