- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or a blend)
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 cup cooked bacon bits (optional)
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat 2 tablespoons of butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- In a bowl, combine cooked chicken, half of the shredded cheese, sautéed garlic butter, salt, and pepper. Mix well until evenly coated.
- Lay a tortilla flat on a clean surface. Place a generous amount of the chicken filling in the center, sprinkle with remaining cheese, and roll tightly, tucking in the sides.
- Heat a skillet or grill pan over medium heat. Place the wraps seam side down, and cook for 2-3 minutes until golden brown. Turn and cook another 2-3 minutes until the cheese is gooey and the tortillas are crisp.
Notes
- Warm tortillas before rolling for easier handling.
- For extra flavor, fold in crispy bacon bits or chopped herbs.
- Use freshly shredded cheese for better melting.
- Press the wraps gently during cooking for even crispiness.
- Reheat leftovers in an air fryer or microwave wrapped in a damp towel to keep them crispy.
