- 1 sheet of puff pastry (thawed)
- 1 cup chopped broccoli florets
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup cream cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 egg (beaten)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Cook broccoli until tender, then chop finely and set aside.
- In a bowl, combine cream cheese, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, and cooked broccoli.
- Roll out puff pastry sheet on a floured surface, then spread the broccoli mixture evenly over it.
- Roll the pastry tightly into a log, then cut into 1/2-inch slices.
- Place the pinwheels on the prepared baking sheet, brush with beaten egg.
- Bake for 15-18 minutes or until golden brown.
Notes
- You can substitute cheddar with mozzarella or Monterey Jack cheese for variety.
- Best enjoyed warm or at room temperature, store leftovers in an airtight container.
