Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly butter or spray the slider buns and arrange them on a baking sheet. Bake for about 5 minutes until lightly toasted, then set aside.
- Cook the bacon slices in a skillet over medium heat until crispy. Drain on paper towels and chop into small pieces.
- In a bowl, whisk the eggs with salt and pepper. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat, pour in the eggs, and cook, stirring gently until fluffy and just set. Remove from heat.
- On each toasted bun, layer some scrambled eggs, shredded cheese, and chopped bacon. Add optional toppings like sliced tomatoes or spinach if desired.
